How would you describe yourself?

Julia is a very open-minded but thoughtful person. Before she says something, she thinks about it and expresses herself very thoughtfully and consciously. She is super fond of nature and would love to be out in the fresh air all day. Her family is the MOST IMPORTANT thing to her and she super enjoys spending time with close family and friends.

What yoga teacher training are you doing?

I have completed the 200h RYS in Vienna (2018). And in currently looking for a suitable training as a Hormone Yoga teacher and a 300h course in India or Bali.

What do you wish for in 5-10 years?

That is an interesting question. In principle, I always try to live and dream in the HERE and NOW. I wish that in 10 years mankind pays more attention to the planet and we live in peace. I wish health and security for all. I wish that we live together, peacefully on our earth and appreciate our existence more. But in fact, we all have our dreams for ourselves. In 10 years I still see myself as a yoga teacher, but maybe in my own studio. By then, I will have long finished my dietetics (dietary assistant) degree and see myself freelancing. I would like to combine nutrition and health for my clients and offer my nutritional medical consultations in my yoga studio. And I see myself living in a beautiful house with a garden (and a big weeping willow - those are my absolute favorite trees), our kids and my boyfriend! My wish for this is that we are all healthy and we all make it through the pandemic without any consequential damage.

Is there anything in general that you're dying to do?

Hike & Fly - Do a ski tour up the mountain and then back down with the paraglider. I have a lot of respect for everyone who does that and I love the descent after a hard ski tour, but I would love to do that. And bungee jumping - that's one of those classic things I really want to do, but that would really be a big dream of mine.

What do you want to convey with your Instagram account?

I have set myself the goal to convey to my community how important exercise and nutrition are for our health. I want to share more content about healthy eating and exercise. Yoga will continue to be the biggest part, but I think I will include more content on Knowledge about Nutrition and Movement. Possibly in the form of a Nutrition Monday or Nutrition Knowledge by Jogawelt....
